Aspirations – Inspired by The Mother’s Spiritual Diary published as Prayers and Meditations, aims to provide a Daily prayer to aspiring souls, right on the mobile. Aspirations in the form of soul-touching prayers penned by The Mother herself during Her years of intense yogic discipline, would serve as a beacon of light unique to each person, based on what The Masters deem necessary for the day in their journey of Spiritual progress. One may double the joy by sharing the unique prayer, as well as randomly chosen ones, available in a separate section on the App, with friends and family through social networking sites.

About Prayers and Meditations :

Prayers and Meditations consists of extracts from the Mother’s spiritual diaries. Most of them are from the period 1912 to 1917. The 313 prayers in the book were selected by the Mother for publication. A small collection of prayers—about one-fifth of the total—was brought out in English in 1941. Sri Aurobindo translated some of those prayers himself and, in the other cases, revised translations made by disciples.
