I would like to report that my second order from Jahez today was incomplete, with several items missing. Additionally, the grocery search functionality is not displaying specific search results; instead, it shows all available items. Finally, I was unable to locate a live chat option for customer support inquiries.

Good ordering customization. Good customer support. OK delivery tracking. Mediocre other app functionalities and interface (forgets locations, cannot fully filter/sort restsurants, cluttered interface, etc) Delivery prices can differ greatly between restaurants even if you are a prime customer.

Many bugs and errors. You pay, the amount gets deducted from your account, and then the app gives you a payment error and says you didn’t pay. Try to hire decent programmers who can make things actually work instead of focusing on UI improvements that end up breaking every working function in the app. Every update kills the app functionality because of these so-called "Programmers".
