I found that the BPM counter was quite an accurate and that when you tap the screen it did not provide a consistent readout.. and I'm a drummer so I know something about tapping on time...

I was hoping someone developed something with a tap-to-beat-count but never expected a relative-to-period result! Thanks a lot. In quite a state, ranging from 160-230 (resting) with seconds between a high and low then back.... Fingers crossed this distraction gets me through this state! Donation version? Won't need money where I'm going. =[

What's new

2.02 Added cookie policy as per new EU directives. Fixed button colors on Android 5+. Revised min SDK.

2.01 Added a settings screen (click menu). The first setting allows configuration of the tempo averaging algorithm. A higher number of taps will increase the accuracy (note: the first calculation will take the selected number of beats). The second setting controls the frequency at which the tempo readout is updated (i.e. every tap or every four taps)

1.01 Revised min SDK
