Media Player I/O exception I like the app, but don't think it's right to throw an exception to silence deliver notification. Update: I've finally had enough. Removed!
Good! But needs Improvement I have managed to silent tones for delivery reports of sms as they are annoying for me. Instead of disabling notifications completely from default messaging app ( if u do so, u will miss notifications in status bar ) I set ringtone as silent and vibration turned off in my default messaging app. Now, I set ringtones in this app for sms and vibration on. So, I get sound played from this app, where as at the same time notification displayed from my default messaging app!! Kind of tweak that works. Yet I have not checked for issues reported by other users like alert on call.
Good. It works as described. No paid version to be found though. I used to get "manual" delivery reports by txt on my previous network, and as I was using sms popup I effectively got delivery report popups (that would turn on the screen, play a sound and vibrate once a minute until I read them). It would be nice to have the option for a popup for reports that stays on screen until you dismiss it. Thanks.
Wonderful app It is a wonderful app. I love it because I really love the fact that it notifies you (with a sound) that your message has been delivered, something that the stock sms app (aokp) does not
Samsung Galaxy Nexus The main reason i tried this was for the delivery notification sound,it would work fine if the network [o2 uk] provided the service for delivery reporting.
Io error I've been having the mediaplayer exception io error with certain notification files, then i selected from stock files and it works. Please fix.
now it's running as Android service in background,
MMS bug fixed, now it's recognizing MMS and MMS's delivery report separated and correctly
