You also have the option of contacting the helpdesk (by phone, mail) in case of failure or other problem. The last option is to manage IP addresses in your account - you can change the assigned MAC addresses if you change the device at home, you can also remotely enable or disable individual IP addresses and you can also check the availability and route of your individual IP addresses.
