Works for me-Nexus 4 This app sticks with the basics and does it well. I use it to track my lifting for the program Strong Lifts 5X5. That program doesn't have a customized app for Android so I use this instead. Works well and its simple to list the core lifting exercises in sequence and easily add/track the additional 5lbs per lift. Does exactly as the title describes without all the extraneous unnecessary details. Simple input with a customizable timer for keeping track of intervals between sets as well.
Just what I was looking for A simple no bones about it log to track my lifts. Excellent program. Built in timer was a bonus, was not expecting that. Appreciate the ability to graph my progress. Hats off, good sir. Except now I'll prolly get stares from the rest of the gym..." That dude is on his phone after every set. What's that about?". One suggestion though, a volume control for the alarm, or the option to set it at whatever volume the music is at, cause it's super loud in my ear buds.
Really simple = really good I've tried so many more complex apps. I'm not a Mr Universe, I just want to log my days, weights, and see progress. That's it. This is great. Would make 5 Stars if I could group MY way, and not alpha. Also, EXPORTING would be great. I like keeping historical archive items in Evernote, etc.
Simple and non-evasive. I was looking for a simple way of logging my weight lifting workouts and this fits the bill perfectly. I also liked the fact that there was a need to have permissions to everything on my device, which seems to be the majority of the apps in the market (I'll save that for another day). The only thing I wish I could do is export the workout data.
5 star worthy but... The progress graph is utterly retarded! The key is right on top of the most recently graphed part of the chart. It should be much larger and continue to allow zooming in to see the different colors on the graph. Other than that I love this app!
Simple, easy, nearly perfect: one flaw->graph Simple interface. No frills, no clutter. Great for weight training. Only flaw: graphs should be separate for each exercise entry and not all exercises lumped together. After a year of logging workouts the graph is so cluttered that it's useless. Would be nice to only see a graph of bench press, or only squats, etc. Please update!
