Simple, Minimal, Fantastic This is my favorite lift-tracking app, and I went through plenty before settling here. It is simple to use, has a pleasing interface, and mostly gets out of your way. Lifting Log specifically does not have mostly-useless features like so many other weight-lifting apps; neither does it have some garish or intricate user interface. It's just as simple and hassle-free as recording on paper, without all the inconveniences of that.
Simple, easy, nearly perfect: one flaw->graph Simple interface. No frills, no clutter. Great for weight training. Only flaw: graphs should be separate for each exercise entry and not all exercises lumped together. After a year of logging workouts the graph is so cluttered that it's useless. Would be nice to only see a graph of bench press, or only squats, etc. Please update!
Really simple = really good I've tried so many more complex apps. I'm not a Mr Universe, I just want to log my days, weights, and see progress. That's it. This is great. Would make 5 Stars if I could group MY way, and not alpha. Also, EXPORTING would be great. I like keeping historical archive items in Evernote, etc.
Yep definitely good Its better than jefit in my opinion. Jefit is awesome but they chuck too much in e.g. You can Google exercises u want to do before or even in the gym. The app doesnt have to do all that for you. This app is simple and for pure gym (literally) users. In work out log and out. Done. 5 stars
Could be prefect If only... Best app I've seen. Clean, simple interface. Two things that would make it fantastic: The add/subtract buttons for weight entry found in other apps The ability to set a routine.right now its a list of exercises Great work guys!
Works for me-Nexus 4 This app sticks with the basics and does it well. I use it to track my lifting for the program Strong Lifts 5X5. That program doesn't have a customized app for Android so I use this instead. Works well and its simple to list the core lifting exercises in sequence and easily add/track the additional 5lbs per lift. Does exactly as the title describes without all the extraneous unnecessary details. Simple input with a customizable timer for keeping track of intervals between sets as well.
