The White Eye Detector app helps parents detect the appearance of white eye in pictures of their children. A white pupil can be a normal photographic effect in pictures (like red eye, but white). White eye can also be a symptom of multiple serious eye diseases such as retinoblastoma, pediatric cataract, and Coats' disease. These diseases are often first detected by parents because the parent notices white eye in pictures of their children. This app will find pictures on your phone or tablet that have white eye, and will show you these pictures so that you can inspect them for yourself.

I have downloaded this APP, but it start scanning all of my pictures on my Phone, which defianately I don't like. The data can be shared and I don't like this concept. The APp developers should allow the option to scan any specific folder or few pictures. Also in order to get complete scan you have to keep your App open and soon you switch or open any other app it stopped working. I had to delete / uninstall this App. This might be a great APP but I was unable to testify the same.

Good concept but lacks functionality. It didn't detect an obvious white eye in a bunch of photos. When I live scanned my daughter's eyes, it came up normal but dropped the pics in the suspicious folder. When I would try click the pic to see the issue, the app started crashing 🤦‍♀️The pics also show they were taken Dec 31st 1969 which makes absolutely no sense since the photos in my camera are recent and the live scans were just done.

I could give it a 5 star but when I open it it goes through explaining then crashes everytime, any suggestions would help cause I'm needing to do this for my 8 year old who suddenly lost vision for few minutes then regained it back Dr's are trying to figure things out but told me about this app. Please see what I can do to correctly run this app
