No preview of my packs. Have to click each thumbnail to see what it is. Pain in the butt! Love the patterns but do not want to be aggravated when I'm trying to relax! UPDATE: I have all 4 additional packs. NONE of them have a preview thumbnail on the main page. DON'T buy the packs. I've posted this before and there is STILL no fix for the issue!!
Yeah I can't get 1 of my packs either. It's not the app I don't like, the app is great. I am upset about the customer service. It's been 2 days since I contacted them and they have yet to help me. Also I pod has all of these apps. Yeah I have checked, never wanted a refund, I wanted the issue fixed. Seems to me from the reviews you should just sell your business so maybe someone who knows what they are doing could take over.
CAN'T ACCESS THE PACKS I BOUGHT I purchased the original patterns which I can see, but I also purchased the 2 additional packs and I cannot seem to access them and now it's asking me if I would like to buy them...?????.... I already bought them. Please help!
Can't restore purchases. Very sad. I like the variety provided. Paid for both packs, changed my device, and now can't restore my packs. :(
Fine fun Works great, and allows a quick tangle while waiting somewhere, with just a pen and a couple of cards or tiles in my shirt pocket. Unfortunately, purchased packs do not load on a second device - if you "tap to buy," you are either told the item has already been purchased or nothing happens at all. Either way, the additional patterns do not load. So, 5 stars on the first device, 3 on the second.
Doesn't work I bought both packs and can't use them at all. Finally got app to work but not getting what I paid for. Fix it our give my money back!!
