I won't get into his comedy, you're here, so you either love him, or you don't know what's going on. Obviously he's amazing. The app is great, and easier to navigate than the website, plus it gives you the ability to watch everything in one place. His comedy specials are super reasonable, and he sends a personal message to his fans, not necessarily the each individual one of us, but all of us at the same time. So maybe it's not an individual message, forget him! Nah, not really. Regardless, it's great. He is amazing, and if you think spending for $4.99 direct me to a comedian that is bringing his work directly to the people, is too much money... than perhaps you need to leave your mom's basement and see if she has a few dollars in the cookie jar. Nothing is this cheap! People buy fake shoes on apps for more than this!
So, yeah, Louie's a genius, and we fans have always been well aware of said fact long before the comedy pundits took notice and finally stated it, officially. But, seriously folks, regardless of the lack of Internet success that "Horace and Pete" suffered, it is-no doubt-a masterpiece. Like all great works of art, it simply arrived before its time. Thank you, Louie, for your dedication to the craft of raw, solid, bare-bones writing. You, Sir, are an Artist.
Great! Just one thing. Please add immersive mode so when videos are in fullscreen they will hide the navigation bar on my Google Pixel. I love the app and will be watching through Horace and Pete soon!
if george carlin and carl jung had a bastard baby. a true comedic genius. please slot India into your tour soon!
Well done Highly recommend if you like good things and are not garbage. The part about you being or not being garbage is probably open to interpretation. Online/offline access to the material is nice too
Having been a user and purchaser of the website since the beginning, i thought I'd try the app for my next purchase of Live At Carnegie Hall. First thing I noticed was the price in GBP is higher than it would be to purchase on the website in USD, using Paypal's exchange rate. So I purchased it on the website and went back to the app to download it onto my phone for my train journey home, but noticed it doesn't give you a choice of file formats like the website does, which makes me think it's probably going to be in mp3 as opposed to my preferred format of flac. For this reason I downloaded it in flac from the website as normal and won't be using the app anymore. Nice exclusive intro video though!
