The concept is great. I had trouble getting it connected to my Wifi - but this seemed to be dependent on the smart phone used. I switched to another device and now it works. I think the OilFox app should provide more information like an error log for the more experienced user to see what the problem is. This would also reduce customer service requests to being just for the most technophobe users.

Still works great without any single outage after 3.5 years on original battery. Battery level still shows GOOD
