To trade using real money, you need to open a real trading account by entering into a separate agreement with a financial company (broker), which has installed the server component of the MetaTrader 5 trading platform. MetaQuotes is a software company and does not provide financial services, nor it has access to MetaTrader 5 platform servers and databases managed by financial companies.

Ratings and reviews

The app is good, but if you could create a feature that enables one to lock the support, resistance, and trend lines, it would be better. It's frustrating when doing analysis on the phone, and then one wrong slip makes you get things wrong. Switching between timeframes has annoyingly slowed down. The phone application has become very slow in response to taps.

Good app with one serious fault. The fault of this app is in the dot lines that stops the chart from shifting left. That's the dot lines with a tiny triangle dot at the bottom. The problem is that you may be somewhere very far back in the chart (like 5 months back), and the dot lines appear without your knowledge, the moment you finger touched it, it'll return to the end of the chart. This can repeat over and over, so tiring and frustrating!

Love it... But for some reason it freezes when I leave the app for some minutes. I get back and have to close-and-reopen the app. Its a bit frustrating to me because I usually keep MT5 in a minimized pop-up view on my phone (Samsung Galaxy) and like to check in every once in a while during the course of my day, no matter what other app I'm using at the moment. Having to close whatever I was doing beforehand whenever MT5 freezes kinda negates the whole point of leaving it on standby mode.
