What the point if it doesn't work when you need it. It's been a month and it still says server error. Text messages do not confirm whether they have been received or taken care of. I guess if it doesn't work, you can always say, "What crime? We have no complaints." Especially when it seems to be designed to not accept any, not help or watch anything. More like a placebo app.

On the one hand I'm glad this app exists for reporting safety issues. However, if metro really wanted more feedback they could allow reporting by normal SMS or in the regular metro app. Making it a separate app means that people don't know to have it installed before they ride.

recent improvement update made it much better. once a report is made Metro can communicate in variety of ways .. text email it through app orders. my only reason nor giving 5* is they bc someone continue communicating w you via media you've asked them not to
