Very good but wish a basic desktop version was included as part of the licence cost. I appreciate that this is more of a business product than other apps of its type but the desktop component is almost essential and makes this very expensive compared to the competition for more casual users. #Edit. I can't believe that we can't set reoccurring events to every 4 weeks in the Android version. Surely that would be one of the most common.
The best GTD (to do tasks) app for Android. More features than any other app I have found. Good support for dates (start and finish tasks). Good sub task support. Widgets are good. This does mean the app is quite complex, and you need to get to know how it works.
By far the most powerful scheduler app. Gives reminders. Recurrent reminders! And is free! I would love to see them working out a sync functionality without the fee and perhaps keeping more powerful features in premium ..like teams etc.
I have tried every single major GTD app out there. This one by far is better than all the rest due to its syncing, offline capabilities, vast depth of reminders, and the option to have sequential task completion. My only complaint is that it is a bit pricey when you have to license both the windows version and the android version, but the fact that I did shows how valuable the program is to me. Looking forward to the updated windows version.
Please add the ability to sync "Views" between the mobile and desktop apps. It would improve the user experience by making switching between platforms more seamless. If anything, people expect such things to sync in an app that features "cloud sync" in 2018, and it's confusing that they do not sync. In modern multi-platform apps, the UI may differ substantially between the mobile and desktop apps, but the data organization structures are almost always identical and usually sync to the cloud just like task and project data. It's a real letdown to have to manually maintain a separate version of the same "View" on desktop and mobile. It'll likely result in confusing situations where you've changed a view on one platform, but you've forgotten to manually make the equivalent change to the corresponding view on the other platform. You'll be left puzzled as to why the same view shows a different set of tasks on mobile vs desktop, and you may even erroneously assume it's a sync error. I'm just getting started incorporating MLO into my workflow, but this may ultimately force me to look into other options. The lack of proper sync here just feels incredibly dated and inconvenient.
Very comprehensive to do list and get things done hierarchy list and outliner. Comparable and cloud sinkable with all devices. Can be a simple checklist easily learnt to a more complex multi layered life/ work organiser.
