I have searched and used quite a few todo list programs. This is the one that comes the closest to doing all that i need. I love the ability to make a hierarchical list and how you it is easy to expand or collapse all the tasks. If there is one thing I could fault it is not being able to have a task being hidden from view, until say 1week before it is due. This was something i was able to do on Shadowplan many years ago. However Shadowplan has never been made available for android. But I'm very happy with MLO, definitely better than the other programs currently available.
Awe! Some!! I was starting to build my own app cuz I couldn't find a GTD worthy app. Holy-That's-the-Stuff Batman!! Completely! Awesome!! Can't wait to figure out what I can't see, and am afraid of what might be paid only (cuz I'll probably have to have it!) Major kudos! Will be recommending!
All my desktop lists and outlines sync nicely with my note 8.0. Since I started using MLO never looked back! The new version refreshes the widgets on the fly when I make changes. Sweet! And push sync is now in beta. This is by far the best organizer app out there.
Glitz and Glam. I paid for my subscription and was never given a code to input. Nor emailed one. Tried all my email accounts and not one was recognized and no further assistance was given to retrieve what was needed. Immediately response expected
For me this is on of a few apps I cannot live without. You have total control of how simple or complex your system is. This works great with the Getting Things Done method.
Great App , I ve been looking for some like this So glad I got this eventually. I did not hesitate to buy the pro version
Added FLAGS functionality! Now you can set flags for tasks on your device, filter tasks by flag and use views with flags.
We added this major functionality to the app but all MLO2 Pro users can benefit from using the flags in this update for free!
