Horrible!! Do not sign up. I paid for custom app and it was very amateur, not worth it. There is no refunds and also customer service is MIA, nowhere to be found. They never reply back to emails or tickets. I still cant find a way to cancel my subscription. This is just pure scam..
Been using it for a year now for my studio, does everything it says it does, but of late (maybe since Gavin was sacked) every time I book a recurring client it always pops up on Sundays. Very frustrating! App always crashes when photo is uploaded. Unable to buy packages through the app which is annoying for the clients, so don't use that option anymore. Customer service has always replied to my emails. Want to love it but has a few minor annoyances, does the job though.
This app has been a tremendous help to my business!! It has stream lined the whole process of building a plan for my clients. This app has so many tools that make it easy to help stay connected to them as well!!
I think it's pretty unprofessional to say you've fired someone in an app update. It says more about the company culture than the individual concerned. This isn't a bad app. But it's sorely let down by the process of saving workouts. I've lost maybe 3 workouts so far - half of all my training because the saving process isn't intuitive.
Bookings auto changing out of the blue and random bookings popping up on Sundays. Very slow app and customer service is a joke.
