1. I am on lite plan, I paid for 1G add-on for data-roam for 1 month. At Johor after custom area there was connectivity for about 1st few hours, after that connection failed forever, remaining data was 97% available. If this is the case, It's better to buy Malaysia Sim card upon reaching there next time. 2. Is the lite-plan able to support 4g ? It only shows 3g for my phone.

I tried to sign up for a 4g esim, but my phone samsung S23 ultra is not listed as compatible. The list was updated on feb 23, and my phone was released next month, so i tried to reach out to their support team to double check. The website was so confusing, and the live chat did not open for some reason. I finally found it in a different section. I had no idea what the other live chat was for. Staff on the other end said if it's not in the list, it's not compatible, so that's all folks moving on

After a detailed review, we found that the Samsung S23 Ultra isn't significantly different from the S22 regarding network compatibility. Therefore, it should indeed be compatible with our 4G eSIM. On 5G plan, data connection is very strong 60% of the time. However, will lose access to data whenever underground, deep inside some buildings or at the foot of tall buildings outside. Please look into the data connectivity issue as the loss of connection creates untimely inconvenience such as the inability to order food or making payments via QR system.
