About this app

5 Minute Plank is a simple phone app that will provide you with a standard 5-minute plank routine.

The routine starts with a 60-second full plank followed by a 30-second elbow plank, two 30 seconds raised leg plank, left and right side plank for 30 seconds each, 30 seconds full plank again and then ending with a 60-second elbow plank.

No frills, just get into the exercise and enjoy the benefits.
