Following the technological advances that are part of the company's DNA, the new app brings everything you need to have and know about your Internet connection, optimized services and practicalities that simplify your life! All intuitively, easy to use and very agile!
The new dashboard features an interactive menu that takes you straight to what you want with just one click, plus it also features banners with new promotions and information you need to know!
Invoices appear much more clearly, showing the months and giving the option of downloading in PDF without having to open too many windows.
Credit card payment is now validated with real-time recognition! :) You have the option to pay only the desired bill or schedule payments to occur in recurrence, just register your card and that's it! Oh, and the option can be unchecked anytime you want!
Within the app you can open instant calls with our Call Center! There are four options of channels that are your choice for interaction: Call by 0800 from the app, interaction via Whatsapp, sending email or interaction via Telegram. All will redirect to a trained team, with agile, personalized solutions and a lot of dedication!
