About this app

The TV and movie tracker people actually stick with. 4.8 stars, nearly 9,000 ratings, and more than 15 years of active updates.

If you watch a lot of TV, you know the feeling: too many shows, scattered across too many services, and no idea where you left off. Next Episode fixes that.

Add the shows and movies you love, and the app quietly keeps everything in order. It tells you when the next episode airs, counts down to the ones you're excited about, and keeps your unwatched episodes in one tidy list. A push notification lands fifteen minutes before showtime, so you're never caught off guard.

"I don't know how I managed my TV shows before Next Episode." That is the kind of thing our users tell us, and it is why so many of them have stayed for years.

And when you have finished everything and need something new, Next Episode is just as good at discovery. Top charts, personalized recommendations, and trailers you can watch without ever leaving the app, a feature you will not find in other trackers.

It has a Widget, dark mode, and a clean, no-clutter design you can pick up and use in seconds.

WHY PEOPLE STAY

• 4.8 star average from nearly 9,000 ratings and reviews

I've been using this for several years now and I'm not certain where I'd be without it. So many shows I've binged and later forgotten, only to be reminded when a new season or episode is airing. It also lets me know when a series is permanently cancelled, but still keeps track of everything I've enjoyed well enough to track.

no comparison to TV Time. doesn't show all your current shows and too rigid in how you marked shows as watched took the time to download my watch history from TV TIME AND THAT WAS A HUGE WASTE OF TIME. all the shows and movies I'd already had marked as watched became un watched. I wasn't going to go back and mark thousands of hours of movies and shows as watched again.

Hello. Through the TV Time import - all watched episodes should've been also marked watched on Next Episode as well. It's possible your exported data did not contain that info. If you want - get in touch at info@next-episode.net so I can investigate what happened and help you properly import everything. Cheers!

I am coming frim TV Time and wanted to test this app out. I couldn't find a show under episodes that was in My Shows list. I figured out it was because it was "paused" so I hit play to start tracking. when I went back to the Episodes tab from the My Shows tab, the show started from episode 5 instead of 1. so now I can't even track from the beginning. this app is terrible. it's a downgrade.

Hey there. If you imported your data from TV Time - then the episodes transferred their watched status (and apparently this show was marked watched up to episode 5 in TV Time)? Normally, in the Episodes tab, unless marked watched - all shows start at Season 1 Episode 1 (as you would expect). Cheers!
