Ratings and reviews

Years ago, TV shows were on TV and premiered in the fall. Now, excellent content is everywhere and new shows seem to pop up put of nowhere. Enter Next Episode. This app tracks all the major platforms as far as I can tell (networks, Hulu, Netflix, etc) and lets me know when and where a show I love is going to be on. If you watch a lot of programming, especially if you watch it on multiple services, Next Episode is a must for you.

I used the free version for a long time but it's well worth the paid version if you have dozens of shows like I do now. The information is always accurate and I've never noticed any bugs. The app itself is simple and intuitive to use and I really appreciate the links to trailers and imdb. I'm finally leaving a rating after almost a decade of use because I got a message in app that they had gotten a bunch of suspicious one star ratings. Can't imagine what that's about, clearly not actual users.

TiVo used to record my shows and I never thought about what was on. Now that life is busier and I no longer have a TV subscription this helps me keep track of everything I've missed and everything coming up without breaking the bank. I've been a pro user for five years now and all the improvements are well worth it. The one time a show I wanted wasn't available to add to my list, I emailed the developer and they added it for me in less than a day!
