This company is terrible. They will, at some point, completely mess up your billing, double charge, over charge, "forget" to credit items you've returned, refuse to respond to you, etc. The concept is great, but the company is horribly run. One person will apologize to you for a billing mistake on their end while another person bans you from the platform. They will hound you months later for invoices that were paid on time or even in advance. Their customer service is non-existent.
