NOON app provides an intuitive user experience in VR mode.

[VR Videos]
With NOON app, users can browse and watch all the videos stored in the phone/PC in VR space.
360-degree videos, stereoscopic 3D videos, and normal 2D videos are supported.
Users can select and play the videos by simply changing the head orientation in VR mode. To activate any button in VR mode, just hover the on-screen cursor on it for two seconds.

[Remote feature]
Stream videos, games, and images from your PC to NOON VR with the new ‘Remote’ feature.

[Simply tapping]
In VR mode, users can re-orient the front direction of the content by simply tapping any part of the headset or the phone through vibration detection mechanism.
In VR mode, the control menu pops up by double-tapping the headset or the phone. Even during the video playback in VR mode, users can adjust the screen size, change the screen aspect ratio, adjust the volume, seek the video, and switch the video formats.

Ratings and reviews

I went from Cardboard to Noon Plus. I like that this app is optimized for the Noon headset so that I don't need to tinker with the settings after I've placed my phone in the headset. I love the double tap (on back of the phone) feature to bring up VR controls. I only wish the directory structure was better so I can browse my internal storage contents by folder rather having to go through the list of my entire video library.

App doesn't work if you don't have the code. It makes you wait for 10 seconds every 10 seconds and their customer support doesn't answer their email. Awful app. Update They said if I gave them a bunch of personal information as well as the MAC ID from my cellphone they would give me a new code. Information that was not required when making an account. Written in terrible English as well. Product is a scam, stay away.

App will not run after latest update. I've tried 5 times over the last two days. Absolute garbage app. I can't watch videos in my storage without it asking fir the authentication code, which I have already entered. App says log in (I am) and register the headset on their web site, but there is no where on the web site to do so. What an atrocious app, nothing but bugs and glitches. Don't waste your time and money.
