Please add a feature to manage multiple minute packs manually. Sometimes I purchase a new minute pack before the old one is finished. But the new pack gets activated first, and the old one goes unused or expires. It would be really helpful if we could turn minute packs/internet pack on/off and choose which one to use first. Please consider adding this feature to the Airtel app.

Dear Hasibul haque farhan, If you have multiple minute packs active. The pack with the shortest validity will be charged first. Please share your issue in detail by selecting the “Feedback & Suggestions” option from the “Customer Service” section of the app. Keep using the My Airtel App.

I have been using this app for a long time. Earlier, the offers were very good and the prices were low. Now the prices of the offers are much higher. I think if the prices were reduced a bit, all of us could use it. Compared to before, the business has improved a lot, but it would be much better if the package prices were lower.

Dear PIPLU DAS, sorry for the inconvenience. Pack prices are fixed and updated in sync with the market over time. If you are eligible, you can now get lower-priced packs from My Airtel App's "Tong Offers" and "Special Offers" pages. Keep using the My Airtel App.

The offers and the coverage of Airtel is incredible but some areas like mine there are some time of the day or I would say sometimes the whole day the network speed is extremely bad and it becomes good only after like 11pm then the full speed comes so my request please try to solve the problem it is so annoying
