It's a trash buisness company. they have no thoughts about customers. very expensive Internet offers. Like you have to pay 60 tk for 1GB with validity of only 7 days. Please come up with more user/ customer friendly offers.

Dear customer, we sincerely apologize. Pack prices are fixed and updated in sync with the market over time. If you are eligible, you can now get lower-priced packs from My Airtel App's "Tong Offers" and "Special Offers" pages. You can also customize a pack of your choice from the "My Pack" option on the app. Stay with Airtel.

I have been using this app for a long time. Earlier, the offers were very good and the prices were low. Now the prices of the offers are much higher. I think if the prices were reduced a bit, all of us could use it. Compared to before, the business has improved a lot, but it would be much better if the package prices were lower.

sometimes the app maybe does some glitches or maybe i am the only one facing this bug i cant find any offer in tong offers for sometime then it again comes back.

Dear mohsin ahmed, we apologize for the inconvenience. For app issues, email airtel.service@robi.com.bd or call 121 (charges apply). Special offers are provided based on your SIM usage. When your SIM is used more frequently, you receive better offers, while lower usage may result in fewer or no Tong Offers. Stay with Airtel.
