I've been using this app for years and everything was good. But I'm giving 4 stars because today when I purchased a minute pack, I didn't receive it. ৳200 was taken out from my bKash account for the payment of the pack, but I got no minute. I had to purchase it again and spend ৳200 more.

very convenient apps. Easily you can buy bundle packs, see usage history, recharge from Bkash and many more. The only downside is you can't use the app without a data pack. sometimes to buy data you need to access the app. but you can't
