I am a regular user of the Airtel Bangladesh SIM and their app. However, I am concerned to see that the app does not encrypt user data, as mentioned in the Data Safety section. Security is crucial for any telecommunication app. I hope the developers will address this vulnerability as soon as possible and provide a more secure, encrypted experience for all users. Until then, I am giving a lower rating due to these privacy concerns.

I’m honestly fed up with Airtel’s internet service. On paper it shows 4G, but in reality it’s completely useless. The connection randomly drops to the point where nothing loads—not YouTube Music, not even basic browsing. It’s like having signal without actual internet. What’s even more frustrating is how unpredictable it is. One minute it works, the next minute everything goes blank for no reason, especially in certain areas. If you’re going to advertise 4G, at least make sure it actually works

My Airtel network experience is very poor. The signal is weak and often unstable, causing slow internet speed and frequent call drops. Even basic browsing and streaming become difficult at times. Overall, the service needs major improvement in network coverage and reliability.
