This is undoubtedly the top and best SIM and App in Bangladesh; its offers or pack prices can be called very good or affordable. If they keep the prices affordable, keeping in mind student customers like us or those who want data or offers at a lower cost, then it is bound to be the best compared to any other SIM and Airtel is bound to be everyone's favorite. However, I personally feel that its network connection or speed needs a bit more improvement. Good luck, Airtel! ❤️

This app has been really helpful, and I still find it useful. However, I'm very disappointed by what happened. I've never taken a loan balance—never. Yet a loan balance was added to my account. The same thing happened to my parents' accounts. I recently purchased a data pack, but I didn't realise it was set to auto-renewal. Without my knowledge, all of my balance was deducted. What should I do now? Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise, I'm forced to leave a negative review

Very disappointing network experience. The signal frequently drops, internet speed is inconsistent, and calls often disconnect unexpectedly. Even with full signal bars, the connection is unreliable. It has become frustrating to use mobile data for everyday tasks. I hope Airtel seriously improves its network coverage and overall service quality.
