I kindly request Airtel to bring back the YouTube Package. This offer was very useful for many of us, especially for users with a limited budget. Since the package has been discontinued, it has become difficult to use YouTube regularly. I hope Airtel will consider reintroducing the YouTube Pack soon. It will greatly improve customer satisfaction. Thank you, Airtel Team. ❤️

Dear babu, we’re sorry. Previous unlimited streaming pack is no longer available. However, you can purchase the 30GB Streaming Pack for Tk. 288 (YouTube, TikTok, Rabbithole, Bongo, Hoichoi, Binge, T-Sports) with 30 days validity. Please share your feedback through the Feedback & Suggestions option in the My Airtel App. Stay with Airtel.

Because of a bug in the app I got scammed out of 238tk. I wanted to buy a package and clicked on it. I've bought this package many times before. Normally after confirmatiom it loads for a small amount of time and shows that I've bought the package. But this time the load time was much longer and at the end of the process I was dumbfounded to see that the app bought the same package twice in a row. Mind you I am absolutely positive that I clicked confirm only once. This is outrageous.

Absolutely thrilled with the recent, user-focused upgrades! The new 100-days rate cutter validity is a significant win, showcasing a team that genuinely listens. The MCA system upgrade is pretty impressive but you need to work more on MCA service, because sometimes it takes a lot of time to inform about the missed call through MCA service. Excellent work! We're eagerly anticipating 180 & 365-day options. Thank you for consistently delivering exceptional value. This app is essential!
