The app can't stay open in the background. Even a simple switch to other app needs it to start from the logo loading screen! OPTIMIZE or give us a lighter version of this app which only have internet, balance, recharging and other necessary options purely for SIM. This app has too many unnecessary options for a typical user. That "DISCOVER" section is utterly pointless. "Trending"&"Feed" sections are there cause other operators also did it & they're all annoying. Fix it to be better than others

My personal experience and as a user of My Airtel for a really long time, The new App interface basically looks like garbage. The last update had a really good UI design with minimum bugs and adds. But this new app gives me a feeling of a Dystopian Nightmare. The Airtel Team should defenitely Address this issue and should approach more professionally. We want our previous UI Design back, not this Design Mess.

Recently, I faced an issue while using Airtel data. I had purchased a 15 GB data pack, but I wasn't able to use it. So, I reached out to Airtel via Messenger. To my surprise, they saw my message, responded quickly, and resolved the issue within just 5 minutes. I was truly amazed by their prompt service and support. Thank you, Airtel, for the excellent customer service!
