The interface is a complete mess. Navigating through the app to find a particular option is like trying to rummage through a junkyard to find a lost item. Additionally, the customer care is virtually non existent. Most of the customer care is a non interactive IVR that is complete useless. Forget communicating with agents; even the chat bot isn't a two way communication. The chat bot only gives you options to choose from and if your problem isn't listed, well, too bad. Deal with it yourself.

Very important app for all! Excellent user experience is made possible by the app's minimal weight and excellent Interface. Fantastic upgrade! Update: I've used this software for years, and it's consistently been easy to use. I wish the new charges on the account were more clearly described.

Very poor customer service. I tried so many ways to get in contact with Paytm from abroad as I cannot access their app , to close a pending postpaid loan and it simply was not possible. Even via email. My message was not delivering to their email. But they were able to sent emails of fine every month .and I had a huge amount than the actual amount simply bcoz (i couldn't pay of course) but I was trying to pay and get in touch and that was just not possible. Thanks for the WORST experience !!
