Ratings and reviews

Have used Paytm wallet and UPI payments for more than a year. Have not used most other features/options. Consistent satisfactory usage without any issues or problems. Expense tracking, budgeting etc features could be considered for further updates, but I understand that these are generally not part of an online wallet.

No ways to connect to customer care. The app is way too loaded for its features and therefore runs slow. Also, absolutely worst customer service that you can find. Because it's without any human interaction. You keep juggling with the bots or with the IVR and those are your only two options. If you choose to go to helpline as well, first you've to try a 1000 times and pass "An Error Has Occured Please Try Again Later". And post that you feel disappointed by the non helping bot.

Two weeks ago I paid an amount towards my credit card bill but the amount is not reflected in the credit card. When raised a concern Paytm gave me a period of time and asked me to be patient while they resolve the issue. When the time period was over they messaged me that the issue was resolved. But still the amount is not reflected in the credit card. Not able to contact the customer service either. Now what I have to do? Google pay and phonepay are doing much better. This is the stupidest app.
