This buzz is lovely but in sharing of data please let that has limit and password generated for that because some people use to share my data without involving my attention which I see it as stealing but if password is generated for that before anyone can share your data ones attention will be called up. So please GLO try to improve on this because is really affecting me... Thank you.. I love your data machine is booming..
The App is very nice. Meets the standard app design specifications, but still needs some little modifications. - Data Validity should be included just like on the glo HSI website. - Volume of data consumed by shared parties should be displaced on data menu. - Total data volume purchased should also be included on the dash board not only amount of data remaining.
Nice App This is a good one from Glo. I love the response on the live chat portal. Agents are always there to attend to what ever problem you have as long as it is solvable within their power. But pls can you guys add the option of one solving problems of an over scratched card through this app without visiting a Glo office just like your competitors do? That will be nice if included.
I have never used my data successfully. My connections is always on and off. I have tried other providers they seem consistent in services though higher in tariff. At the end one is always connected in their services unlike you. I am always frustrated at your services. I could be the only odd man out. I tried to edit my name I couldn't. It's very helpful especially the livechat. I have solved countless of issues without leaving my bedroom. However, the segment needs improvements. The keyboard covers the typing box so you don't see what you are typing.
Can't even tell which tariff plan am on. Yet I tried changing my plan (to Jollific8) and this comes on `SUCCESS Your request can not be taken due to technical error. Please try after some time.'. You got me confused, thinking that it was successful. So now I have to contact costumer service to know my plan. Terrible.
