Ratings and reviews

The Glo app is one of the worst network apps I've ever used. It hardly loads, and most of the time it gets stuck on the loading screen. I'm unable to buy data subscriptions through the app, even though that's how I usually purchase my data. This issue has been going on for too long and it's very frustrating. Please fix the app and improve its performance because it's becoming unreliable for customers who depend on it.

For the past few weeks this app have been frustrating while opening the app. To subscribe for a new data is now a problem or even checking the data balance. It usually shows "Time out " or " it will be endless loading" or "blank ". If this is happening because of the arrival of new users on the app please your developers need to fix this as soon as possible because it's really discouraging and frustrating. I'll give you the full stars when this error is fixed. GOOD LUCK.

Wonderful app, just a few things. One should be able to log in to another Glo account. One should be able to chat with customer service, I don't know why I would want to talk to my customer service and I'll need to call with normal call charges applying 😡. Also recently the app hasn't been opening, always saying "something went wrong" yet I use the SIM to browse. Kindly get back and work on your app. Thank you.
