The images make it easy to follow, the breathing technique is shown, and the counting is well paced. The app makes working out enjoyable because it isn't too complex but you still feel the burn. Just push yourself to progress and test your limits.
No longer free This app was once free. Since updated it won't work now I realized you need to pay. What's up with that.
I browsed a lot looking for a app that suits my needs, and I found P4P to be the best there is out there. The anim. ex. are just so practical, and as a beginer I can say that realy there is no need for exp. private lessons in the gym. Just to mention one simple thing: never find an app where "Breathing" is included in the video itself, and we all know how imp. is that, more so for a beginer. One "DRAWBACK": not all exercises are available in the app, eventhou, there are included in the videos.
The best I'm sweating like a slave right now, I'm doing this from YouTube until I found this app I can keep myself on track...
