Not sure how everyone is having so many problems. I have 3 2nd generation feeders that all work pretty well with one big problem: time variance with feeding I have two dogs that get very confused when one is being fed and not the other. I spoke with support who said this is due to slight time variance with the feeders, which is ridiculous because these are WiFi devices. I pointed out that having them synchronize periodically with a time source. Other: allow to skip feedings

Doesn't even perform its basic functions. My wife and I both have the same issues. We can set up schedules and activate scheduled feeding but that's about it. When we open the app, the schedule toggle button says the schedules are off... Yet they're not. We can't turn them off Feeding activity isn't logged and we only sporadically get notifications

Have to force close the app after every feeding or it won't work at the next feeding. Double feeds sometimes. For some reason the activity history disappeared recently and the page is just blank no old entries no new entries. Notifications went away for a while but eventually came back thank God. Really just a failure on every level. Which is a shame because the actual feeder is a nice unit.
