I think I have tried every pomodoro app out there, and this one is by far my favorite. Quite customizable, with options for length of pomodoro, short break, long break, and pre-end alert. Its best feature is its beautiful and intuitive interface. The widget is perfect - nice and clean. The completed pomodoro log has a great way of visualizing your productivity for the past day, week, or month. The new task list feature is great, well worth the in-app purchase. It color-codes the tasks in the log by project, and syncs up with a todo.txt format file on dropbox, giving you a nice plain-text way of editing your task list. My favorite bit of customization is that you can choose what happens when timer ends - it can automatically go on to the next timer (for those of you who always switch task right on the bell), or it can do nothing (for those who want to have to click it to move on to the next thing), or it can "snooze" for a user-defined number of minutes (for those like me who say "oh, just five more minutes!" and then work for 20 minutes). The only time I've been frustrated with it is when I start trying to use it as an all-purpose time tracker, task manager, or interval timer.
Its pretty good , but I wish there was an easily accessible volume control for the chimes , I have hunted around all the options and cannot find one.
Great app! I like it, simple and effective. On the downside, it's really difficult for me to use it without interruption handling as is described in the book. Please guys, add this feature soon :-) UPDATE: just purchased expansion pack, I'm very excited! Great new features guys, good work! One question: how to display how many pomodoros were used in each task?
Would be nice to have a share function, so my wife can know when to call.. another wish: 'extend current timer' that appears in the last minute of a pomodoro or break- sometimes we just need to finish somthing..adding a minute would be nice.. ooops. time is up. going back to work :-)
Good app. But I really miss a feature to temporary pause pomodoro and then resume it.
Nice app. can't understand why people ask for "pause pomodoro" feature - that would defeat the purpose of the pomodoro technique. If you feel that you need such a feature, maybe the pomodoro method of tackling work isn't for you.
• Many bug fixes and interface improvements.
• Brand new expansion pack (see the application description)
