PA Sync for Salesforce enables users to know callers’ name even if the name is not in local contacts when a call is incoming by communicating with Salesforce service and search the name with caller’s phone number. And the app send call history to Salesforce for managing business activities by enterprise.
For using this app, the company the users work for needs contract of Salesforce service.
(1) Enterprise Archive : This app archives incoming and outgoing calls to Salesforce service which the users has a contract for effective CRM activity.
For providing these core features, this app requires READ_CALL_LOG, RECEIVE_SMS permission.
Phone number information is securely sent to Salesforce platform and the data securely managed by Salesforce and can be privately used by the enterprise users.
