Already bought this app. Waiting for further improvement. Hope that we can change theme from light to dark. ========================== I have just tried this app and fell in love with it. Interface is clean, easy to use despite having some bugs. It would be better if we can program the workout to gradually increase the power during a period of time. (eg. 100-150 watts at 2 minutes).
I thought I would try this after endless trouble trying to connect to the tacx app via Bluetooth, and it works great. Connected to my tacx flow smart via the ant + in my phone without any issues.
This app does not work at all, it not detecting my ant devices, I installed the third party usb ant app. It works with my cyclOps app but not with this app.. I would like a refund.
I have just completed my first workout with this app. I recently quit Trainer Road because I want using it frequently enough to justify the expense. This app does more or less what trainer road does (albeit with a more limited repertoire of sessions) for a fraction of the price (one off purchaae of about £2). You download it as free version with ads but I paid straight away for the ad free. It has an FTP test and a variety of Sweet Spot, FiO2 max workouts etc., as well as allowing you to create your own. I paired the app straight away with my Wahoo Kickr Snap, a Garmin speed sensor and a Garmin cadence sensor with no hassle. Brilliant. Watch out Trainer Road
Failed to connect my cycleops powersync via Ant+ to my S6 phone or Note 4. Checked both worked with Ant+ Sampler. Emailed developer for advice/solution. No reply!!
Best interactive trainer program I have ever seen or used for such an affordable price. Not only works with all my wahoo stuff (kicker snap & tickrx heart monitor) but also my 2010 trek node2 computer with ant+ speed & cadence sensors. Offers multiple additional workouts for a very low price that are put together by a rated cycle coach covering cadence training, cardiovascular, endurance, power etc. I am a racer who had been off the bike for about a year and a half due to knees that were totally shot due to osteoarthritis. Spent another year having total knee replacement done on both knees at different times and a lot of therapy. Started back on the bike in Oct. of 2016 and struggled the rest of the year. Got a kicker snap for Christmas and spent the next few months looking at and trying out various programs tha998t control the trainer then hit on ICW. From the beginning of using the free version I started to really enjoy my workouts. Purchased paid version and several add on's. They have allowed me to improve overall and focus on select areas that need additional work. Would like to see additional structured workouts especially progressing forward from the base builder workouts. Overall I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to improve their biking ability, racing or just riding with friends.
Version 2.1 brings a new VO2 Max training plan, as well as the ability to import workout files (ICW, MRC or ERG) directly from the app (go in the workouts screen, navigate into a custom folder, and tap on the "import" button)
