Love this game. I have played for at least 3 years. So many issues though. Drags and then crashes. Can't get past the loading screen sometimes. Developers need to spend some time with the game and get it running smoothly. I have sent at least 4 messages about it crashing and dragging. Not one response back. Like no one cares, just keep playing and spending your money 💰.

Great, WHEN it works. Crashes all the time. Mainly, you won't pass the loading screen or will be kicked out in the middle of a game. Thus, losing all streaks/bonuses. Followed everything suggested; make sure the app is up to date, clear your cache, restart your phone, uninstall, then reinstall the app, but the problem still persists. I'm not keeping an app I can't play. Also, when sending feedback from the app crashing, I get kicked out of that page, too! How can I complain if it won't let me?

This game is buggy and glitchy. To save text just read the other reviews about the crashes, the loss of money due to the developers not updating. My game still opens up with the Christmas splash screen. The part that lets you pay for upgrades is never broken. EDIT: Game still displays X-mas theme 1.5 yrs later. PlayQ Inc. Offers for gold bars still pop up asking for $$, PLEASE UPDATE THIS APP!
