Used this to ride with my family on holiday near Riva. It works, but is hard to use until you learn how. It was hard to register: the SMS security code only gets delivered to non-Italian numbers if you're on WiFi calling. If you buy tickets from the timetable, you can only buy 1 ticket at a time, however many you ask for (use Buy Tickets on the home screen instead). It's very slow to activate all the tickets for a group, you have to scan each one separately when you get on the bus.

Your application wasted my money just because it doesn't accept my Italian no. However, i am using it for the first time. It has a great bug i don't use again your services.

I'm a tourist and can't purchase a ticket. It notified "purchase was not successful". I tried all the credit/debit cards I have (all cards work perfectly with other apps in Italy) but it didn't work. Useless!
