Absurd. To buy a ticket for Val Ferret, the app offers 2 options: daily ticket for Val Ferret + Val Veny at 3.5 €, or the same valid 1 week at 15 €. The ordinary 2€ ticket cannot be purchased. No wait ... You could purchase it on board, with a surcharge of 4€. Or take your car, go to the ticket office, and buy it at the counter. I do not know if the worst is the app or the ticket policy of the transport company ... then someone is surprised everyone keeps using private cars in these valleys ...

After the last update the QR Code Scanner has stopped working. I would try to disintall it and reinstall, but I would probably lose my unused ticket and I'd have to re-enter my credit card details. I'm keeping on buy tickets from the bus driver at a 1.20 premium. Unacceptable. Edit: I reinstalled the app and everything is now working. The credit card information is still there but my tickets were not. I will contact you as suggested. I re-rated 4 stars because I appreciated your accountability.

Salve, ci contatti a o al numero 0719207000. Risponderemo appena possibile e La aiuteremo a risolvere. Disinstallando l'app i biglietti non vanno persi: possono essere riscaricati attraverso il Customer Care. Grazie

Worst app ever when it comes to public transport I had to use my spare phone no mater what it said my password was incorrect which isn't the case because I tried to log in to my computer and oh look it works fine just on the phone but I can't bring a computer on a bus and hold it up to the scanner and you think that an arriva driver of all drivers would accept it if I showed them the receipt there's 0 chance they will find any excuse to not let you on that's regardless of how awful the app is
