While it took a little bit of getting use to; since I've never used an app such as this before also learning to trust them with some of my personal information. It was simple to use. The difficult part was using the public transportation system in Rome during the period that our purchased tickets were valid. Getting around Rome those days was chaotic with all the people and events. Since our trip to Italy is over and unfortunately it doesn't look like we'll back for sometime, a simple request to MyCiero to deactivate my account was all it took to remove my account from service.

It is ridiculous that without connection it says I have no tickets. Bought tickets should be available offline - at least the correct up-to-date count! Moreover: once a ticket was visible, I activated it... but something went wrong (connection, slow connection?). I had to buy a real ticket. Later, I checked again the list of availble tickets, and there's one less than expected: one disappeared from everywhere. I am very sorry to have spent money and trusted thi digital way. Was constrained to use it in Rome with my annual ATAC pass. Horrible experience! It's loading forever, sometimes, in 5 minutes I can't reach my abbonamento, it requires a lot of data to reach to the needed page. Why should it open the whole map of Italy with thousands points?? I just need my public transport pass.
