The notification setting keeps getting reset on our two phones. This did not used to happen. After a few days the notification setting is reset so we are not notified about the pickup schedule. It is impossible to report the bug via the app's own problem reporting page because the email field is cleared upon minimizing the keyboard in order to be able to press the send button to send the report!

Outside of normal pickup, it's really nice to know what's going on. We get reminders for regular pickup, but also for bulk trash pickup, and notifications regarding holiday schedule changes or when there is an equipment issue or something holding them up. Convenient.

Can't find my address. Also can't send feedback about my address not being found because the "Address" field won't allow input. Only resorting to this app because the website also can't find my address and the holiday schedule seems to be missing what happens s for trash pickup that is scheduled to occur on Christmas and New Years. Will people just miss pickup for two weeks straight? Very unclear.
