This is an extremely useful app for all city of dallas residents. I was actually told about it by the sanitation services superintendent. It's perfect for letting you know when you can place out trash/recycling or bulky trash. I get texts the day before reminding me. Even holiday postponed pickups are texted with clear explanations.

I'm pleasantly surprised and impressed with this extremely useful and well done app. The notifications are really useful and keep me from having to report missed pickups (recently was notified my pickup was delayed, when it would be picked up...which is exactly what happened). Great app!

Outside of normal pickup, it's really nice to know what's going on. We get reminders for regular pickup, but also for bulk trash pickup, and notifications regarding holiday schedule changes or when there is an equipment issue or something holding them up. Convenient.
