I couldn't order ahead. I made an order, but when I went to check out it just stayed at the check out page with the pick up time spinner spinning forever. I couldn't pay until I picked a time, and it never let me pick a time. And I tried to report a problem for this, but clicking that button just sent me back to the main page. So I decided to rate the app instead.

Don't order the featured shakes using the app. I ordered the biscochito shakes and when I got to the restaurant they said they were out. I told them I'd like to cancel the shake in that cases, but was told they couldn't issue a refund since I paid online. Long story short, if you order a featured shake and they are out, you paid $0.50 more for a regular shake.

This morning, I placed an order, carefully choosing the correct store, but forgot to click Done after verifying the order. When I got to the store #44, they had not received the order, so I checked my phone, found the problem, clicked Done, & it took a full 2 minutes to confirm that a store on Coors had received my order and payment. The ladies at Store #44 fulfilled my order and gave me the corporate number to switch the payment, & the IT dept never answered my call.
