ServiceMatrix analysis is based on a total of 3600 ratings from 245 qualifying responses to date. A vendor must have at least 10 comparative evaluations by institutions with multiple providers to qualify for the results. A significant majority of responses comes from financial institutions which, in using a wide range of vendors, are best-placed to draw fine comparisons in the performance of their chosen partners.
