Ratings and reviews

There are lots of bugs in new version. The developer asked beta testers to check it out and give feedback before release. I spent a good deal of time testing and reporting bugs. To my dismay, it was released with none of the reported bugs fixed, and now, months later, they remain. It's frustrating enough to make me switch to a different deals site. There are certainly plenty out there.

The app is perfectly functional but lacks features. Despite pushing you to use the app, the website is the better experience. The "Browse" UI could definitely be more thought out. It opens to stores by default and the categories are a lengthy list to scroll through. Add a way to favorite some of those categories so you can quickly get to where you're trying to go. There's currently no way to customize your personal deals—at least no obvious way.

You can get a "violation" for actually helping people save more money. I found a deal and suggested to save more by using cash back where you save additional $. SD violated me for offering a "competitor cash back". Why? if you can't offer that option, then why can't I suggest it? Make your product better, don't dock smart consumers. Look at other platforms and offer sites before you click through & buy people...TopCashBack, eDeals, Brad's Deals too.
