Feels like X-Com Fun and nostalgic with enough new features to keep the gameplay fresh. If you're a fan of X-Com games you will feel right at home. My only suggestion would be to modify the interface to be more intuitive for touchscreen play, especially in the tactical alien encounters. All together, the price can't be beat making it a great game for your android device.
Appreciate the Work I love the game. I used to play it on my Lynix box, until I got fedup with the continual in-game crashing and eventually abandoned it. Gave it a try on my HTC-One and the same ...bummer. It is very well thought out and detail oriented. The only thing better than this game was X-COM, back in the day. Keep working fellas, I can't wait to play a stabilized product. Would even pay for the final version, especially for my Laptop.
Review This game is very addicting, when you start the game it tells you nothing, you just have to figure it out. They do give you a encyclopedia, not the most helpful but it does. The UI is not that good, however, unless you know what you are doing don't mess with the controls, they put them on nearly the best. PC version still best. My only issues are a few UI things, most of them are nice-to-haves but they turn 4 stars to 5. Fix controls and clean up UI, then 5 star.
Note 10.1 + mouse + keyboard = sweetness I`d like more resolution options. Samsung 10.1`s run 1280x800 i.ex. Works like a charm! It is a tad difficult to control on a touchscreen alone, so i invested in a bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Now it feels even better than on a computer! ^^
works great version 2.5.0.07 works great. I want to thank you for the hard work you put in on this and your other apps. Just an FYI for everyone, if having issues after updating just uninstall and reinstall, may have to redownload all the assets but it's worth it. Stay classy.
Video options almost inexcusable I hate to be this harsh on what looks and sounds like a work of passion, but the interface needs completely overhauled before I can even begin to critique the gameplay. Mouse emulation is pointless when the interface cannot auto-scale, which is practically a sin for something requiring precision control. Also, configuration should be done within ONE options menu, not a goddamn launcher window before the menu screen.
