Update: been using for more than a year... Solid service😀 I've updated my star rating as it has been rock solid for over a year. I don't like that it forces client app to DL tones or their ring tones. Pushover works on Windows/IOS/Android. Using w Homeseer, home automation software that has a plugin for this app. Swipe to delete requires an extra keystroke to delete each notification. Not good if you need to delete 50 notifications.
App Constantly disabled I am very happy with this app but I constantly get the message your device has been disabled and I have to re-register. I am managing critical servers and because of this issue I missed a few very critical issues because you only see that its not working if you manually refresh. I have mailed you guys but dis not get any response. I payed for the app so would like some feedback. Using samsumg S6.
Making the move back Bought Pushover back when it was one of the few things integrated with IFTTT. Jumped ship for a bit with Pushbullet. After their pay tiers were announced, I looked for some alternatives. Happy to see Pushover is still being developed. Would gladly pay for the service again to support.
Love this app Having tried two other platforms first I've landed here and haven't had any major issues since. No major outages that I've experienced. Very comprehensive system and works with everything I've thrown at it.
Great app for a niche case If you want to easily send notifications to your phone this is the way to do it. Incredible support too: I emailed about a licencing problem at 4pm in a Sunday and it was solved within three minutes
Doesnt always work. I get an sms first sometimes and sometimes pushover app goes first. But when sms comes through first push over app doesn't go off until 4 hrs later Needs work
