About this game

Welcome to Table Monkey's Tanto Cuore Randomizer. This will help you quickly set-up games in the style and flavor that you like to play in. Please read the below for the details of some of the options.

When choosing not to play with a feature, such as Buildings or Events, then all maids using those features will also be removed from the game. The exception to this is if you specifically include a Maid that would normally be exluded in this manner

This was designed to maximize the randomization based on your settings. To do that a certain amount of prioritization is done, but also pushing settings until the last possible minute to resolve!

Prioritization:

First, Included Maids will be added to the Town. (Crescent Sister Setting will be ignored here)

Next, if you chose the Attack option of "All" - then all available Attack cards from the available sets will be added to the Town.

Third, Card Employment Cost Spreads are done first. As Long as there's enough spots left for the other settings, only the card cost is considered. These will be filled in random order.

Lastly, all the other settings are grouped into a pool, and cards matching any of those settings are eligible to be chosen at that time. This will continue until all cards are selected.

Trump of The Crescent Sisters! This setting only takes action if a Crescent Sister is chosen by the Randomizer. If one is, and you chose to pair one, or more, Crescent sisters, then the randomizer will attempt to pair your chosen amount of Crescent Sisters (up to the spots remaining - so it is possible that you chose to force pair a Sister, but only get one lonely Crescent Sister - this is because that Crescent Sister was the last card chosen by the Randomizer and no slots were left for her other Sisters. She did the family duty and took the job so the rest won't go hungry ;) )

During the above activities, running counts are kept of all the settings. So if during the Employment Cost selection a card with a Draw ability was chosen, it will qualify for the later step! The settings are the minimum desired per game, not forced cards. You can in theory have one card count for 5 items - Employment Cost, Love, Draw Cards, Employments, and Servings! I'm looking at you, Ophelia Grail!

Ratings and reviews

Provides a nice randomizer option for Tanto. However, it does *not* contain any of the standalone promo cards, like those from the 10th Anniversary Kickstarter. If it had them, I would not hesitate to give it a five star rating.

I'm a big fan of the nekomusume Town Randomizer website. So far this app has the same functionality as that website, but with the added benefit of being mobile device friendly.
