Looks great and all I need but I would suggest to change the icon. I swapped it myself to something else.

This app looks great and seemed to be just what I needed for evernote templates, sadly the app rarely manages to get the notes to evernote, which means i end up copying the note and pasting it within evernote

What's new

- Bug fixed, We coped with bug that save confirmation dialog was not displayed at the time of title change in form editing screen.
- It corresponded to the layout fault of the background color of TextView. (Adjusted because background color = white was noticeable)
- We coped with the problem that notice disappears
