Still a couple bugs Love that there is a free version to try first. Love how I can customize the timers and even create custom exercises and workout routines. I can't seem to delete unwanted exercises though. The biggest complaint I have with this app is that my Google Play Music app stops playing my workout music when this app is running. I added pull up bar, and chair exercises.
Good app, but developer unresponsive Overall this is a good app, but it lacks some basic tweaks. There is no ability to edit the BMI or BF% estimates. The developer uses a formula that doesn't account for muscular development. A 5'8" muscular guy with 15% BF (actually measured, not their "formula") and a six pack is overweight according to their app. Also, once you set and use a HIIT tabata, the edit function is removed and you can't make tweaks. You have to recreate it. I've reached out to the developer several times and nothing.
Great app for interval training The pro version is well worth a couple of dollars, very easy to create your own custom workouts and add exercises by voice input. If you are away from home without weights or a gym and need some challenging workouts there are plenty. If you want to quit wasting time on boring, static counterproductive cardio machine routines and really challenge yourself try some of these instead
disappointed!! bought it for adding my own exercise. It crashes when adding pictures. Wrote to the developer with no response at all. The only good thing is that you only wasted $2.
Great portable workout Easy to follow and easy to customize to your needs,. I do a short casual level workout then two different moderate workouts depending on what other activities I plan on for the week. Then I do about 20-30 minutes of yoga to loosen up. I'm done in an hour, feel great, and I can do it anywhere.
Please allow users to turn silence the app. I have a Galaxy s6...When I'm listening to Spotify of Pandora, your app will stop my music. Please allow users to choose silent. Thanks.
