I bought the key, I looked up the setup, I did a LOT. I even contacted support. No matter what, I always get "Cannot load voice. Please try again later". The most I can get is one or two voices quickly before it decides to give up. No matter how many times I uninstall the app it won't fix. I just wanted a cool app to play around with friends, not this headache.

I'm not sure what's happening, maybe it's an earbud thing (although I'm pretty sure I have previously tried this without earbuds) The in-app volume which is customizable I have at 200%, and I have increased my phone volume up to as far as it can go, it's very hard to hear thing in this app, the sounds, the voices. It's really weird because I want to hear what things sound like but it's just so quiet.

This is app is kinda disappointing. When I found out about this app, I thought it would let you do a lot more in conjunction with the PC all, but you can only search and play sound effects. You can't manage or even see the sound boards you have set up on the PC, and you can only toggle the voice changer on/off. So, at best, this is just alright as a companion app for PC and feels like it's missing a bunch of core features that most would think would be included at launch.
