I was lacking ability to add hand written notes (by stylus or S-Pen) to Google Keep and default sharing flow from drawing apps to Keep seemed clumsy. My simple solution was to create this integration app like a proxy between Keep and Handraw.
You launch "Sketch for Keep" and it automatically opens Handraw. When you are done sketching just press done and this sketch automatically will appear in Keep for saving (then you can just hit "back" and note will be saved).
NOTE: Before using this App you will have to install :
Google Keep : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.keep
Handraw : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.handrite.sketch
NOTE: On first launch Handraw opens with paint bucket tool, this made me confused initially. You need to change it to pen tool and on next launch it will stay selected by default.

It allows to share notes using WhatsApp, GMail, Text Messages, Bluetooth, Twitter, Facebook etc.
What's Different ?

*Download saves file onto device in Download folder.

Keep Contacts, formerly known as Everdroid, is a service that at its base stores your phones contact lists in a secure place - for free. If your phone is stolen or damaged, you will be able to restore you contact lists to a new phone.
How to get started
Getting started is easy – just download the app and sign in to start backing up your contacts. If you already have contacts on Keep these will be sent to your phone. And that's it - the app will synchronize any further changes and notify you if it needs your attention.
And, of course, if you change to a new phone - just download the app, sign in and synchronize to get your contact list to the device.
You can use several devices with the same account - these will then share contact list.
We do not only offer a way to synchronize (backup and restore) your contact list. We also want to let your contact list shine. Therefore we have several tools on the Keep web that lets you update your contact list. If you head to keepcontacts.com you will find tools such as:
• Finding duplicates and merging these
• Manual merge of contacts
• Creating, removing and editing contacts
• Matching with Facebook to import contact images and birthday information from Facebook
• Importing and exporting contact list
• Restoring removed contacts from trash

Reporting an issue to the city is easy. You select an issue type from the list of services your city provides. Once you select a service type you can customize your request by adding a detailed description and a picture if applicable. Adding an image helps city hall prioritize the issue and get you resolution faster than without a picture.
Checking on a request status is easy, too. You can view a list of recent issues city hall is dealing with. You can get even more information about an issue by selecting it from the list to see all its details.
If you want to give city hall the opportunity to follow up with you, you can provide your contact information to be submitted with each request you make. Providing contact information is voluntary and is used only by city hall. Other MyStamford users do not have access to this information.
