A few bugs, i.e. the "message" button doesn't work, neither if you try to send a voice message from watch (guess it has something to do with the fact that the admin prone number has to be the same with the device). Regarding location accuracy, people tend to forget that the most accurate method is GPS, and it doesn't work in enclosed spaces. The WiFi and LBS will show your location at the epicenter of the network (relay), but the corresponding network could be 150-300-500m radius.
Took two days to figure out. The app won't work unless you go into your phone settings, go down to this app you've installed and there are options for you to turn on and off. Once you do that it should allow you to long into the account. Making calls and text are ok but unfortunately my daughter cannot always hear me and vice versa so we need to send voice and text commands at this moment. Listening in, I can't get to work yet. I think there must be a fault somewhere. If it said it's bind and then throws you out. Follow the steps above. Hope this is of some help. Good luck
I can not bind the watch with my phone and I try everything. It saying successful bind an log in, but I never benn able to access the app, therefore I need to send the watch back. I bought different one for son which with stracker app and they work perfectly. My other child do so disappointed.
I forgot my password and I hit forgot password and it said network error fail. I can't believe that you sell this product and your app don't work. What is wrong with you people. Fix this please. I feel sorry for the people that buy these watches and can't use them because your app sucks. I can't even buy a nother watch because it's the phone number of the phone it's connected to that's already been used for an account so it can't be changed. Wecare you suck.
This a terrible app. I forgot the password. I hit forgot password and it says unencripted connection. Now what? The watch is useless if it can't bind to my phone. I would give it zero stars if possible.
I would love to give 5 star but i did not receive responsive feedback form your side regarding deleting a 2nd user info. I tried to register my husband number on the app (in his phone). But it mention user exist. Password don't match. Then i tried forgot password and after key in all the necessary info, prompt reply 'unencrypted connection'. Until now no feedback from your side regarding this issue. From my understanding after reading the manual, 1 phone watch can be connected with multiple users.
