"Weight for reps" helps you keep track of your weight training progress by providing you with an easy way to log your workouts and then using that information to generate useful stats and charts informing you about total volume, reps, max weight used, estimated 1RM and more.
HOW IT WORKS:
1) you go to the gym and do your daily workout
2) while you do it (or after) you log every exercise you care about tracking progress by logging the reps and sets you did, add comments such as if the set was hard or not, etc..
3) when you save, the system will read that information and calculate a bunch of stats for you to use to gauge your progress.
