*WARNING: There's a '7-Day Free Trial', I'm not sure of the amount they're charging after the Trial period, but I'm UNstalling! P. S....The app does look good, very professional, I like how you can choose your own personal workout plan and customizing to your needs and ability, etc., but at this time, we're looking for a free app. Blessings to All of You (Devs and Health and Fitness Communities)! :)

Technical issues. Workout 3 the audio and video were out of sync and the app did not allow me to complete the workout. I was still in free trial so unsubscribed. If it were to be fixed, I would sign up again because I enjoyed the workouts I was able to complete.

Easy to follow routines adapted to your ability, age, and health. The exercises might look too easy sometimes, but after a few seconds you feel your muscles work. Not only for seniors, but also good for rehab after a period of not exercising, or when you're simply feeling too unmotivated and lazy to exercise. You can choose between chair and standing exercises or choose both.
